We want you to love your Adanola pieces, but if something isn't quite right, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags still attached.

Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Package Your Items
Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all original labels and hygiene seals are intact.
Generate Shipping Label
Download and print your prepaid return shipping label from the portal and attach it firmly to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Refund
Drop your package at the nearest authorized collection point; your refund will be processed within 10 business days of reaching our warehouse.
